Tracy Osmond began wood finishing more than 35
years ago working alongside his father - a skilled
cabinet maker. Tracy founded Fine Finishes in 1980
and continues to delight his customers with
traditional quality and craftsmanship.
Tami Willems continues the family tradition today as
a partner with her father Tracy. Tami joined Fine
Finishes in 2000 after studying graphic design,
illustration, and colour theory at Sheridan College &
Durham College.

Fine Finishes is a small, proud family business providing furniture refinishing and antique restoration services to
Oshawa, Whitby, Clarington, Ajax, Pickering, Port Perry, and beyond. We use our artistic talents and over forty
years experience to create deep, rich colours, clear, smooth finishes, and to repair unique problems with your
valued pieces.
We use traditional wood finishing and restoration methods that reflect our commitment to superior quality and
craftsmanship. Our authentic antique refinishing and restorations utilize a mix of original manufacturing and
"old-world" techniques. We often use aged wood for perfect matching and provide several finishing options,
such as varnish, oil, wax, and French polishing.
We offer complimentary on-site consultations within the Oshawa, Whitby, Courtice, Bowmanville, and Port Hope
areas to ensure we understand your needs and vision.
